If you prefer to schedule over the phone give me a call at 303-480-0080. Existing clients may schedule many appointments as you like up to 9 months in advance. Once you have scheduled your first appointment you will receive an email from another health records software to fill out your initial intake and mandatory disclosure statement. (this software does not have your appointment in it). If you are not able to fill this out in advance please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment.
